Workout Recovery Drink

I found a great way to keep my strength up during a workout - combine one packet Special K2O Protein Water Mix with one packet All-Bran Fiber Drink Mix. I use Pink Lemonade and mix with lots (24 oz or more) of water for a great tasting workout recovery drink.

The combination provides 15 grams of fiber and 5 grams of protein for only 50 calories. Best of all, it keeps you full and doesn't have the "protein aftertaste" found with higher protein water mixes.
